This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) applies to the crowdfunding services provided through the Platform operated by Chakradhari Foundation, a registered charitable trust having its office at Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi, India (“Chakradhari”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

NOTE: This Policy is published to comply with the requirements of payment gateways, regulatory authorities, and e-commerce guidelines that mandate a Shipping & Delivery Policy for all online platforms that process payments. Since Chakradhari Foundation is a crowdfunding platform and does not sell or deliver physical goods, this Policy is tailored accordingly.

1. Nature of Services

Chakradhari Foundation is a crowdfunding platform that enables individuals, groups, NGOs, and other entities to raise funds for charitable, medical, social, and personal causes — particularly to help the poor, needy, underprivileged, and persons suffering from life-threatening diseases.

  • We do not sell, manufacture, stock, or distribute any physical products.
  • We do not ship or deliver any goods or merchandise.
  • We do not provide logistics, courier, warehousing, or delivery services.
  • All transactions on the Platform are digital donations made voluntarily to support fundraising Campaigns.

2. Digital Transaction Confirmation (“Delivery of Service”)

Upon successful processing of a donation through the Platform:

  • The Donor receives an on-screen confirmation of the transaction.
  • A transaction confirmation is sent via email and/or SMS to the Donor’s registered contact details.
  • The donation amount is reflected in the relevant Campaign’s dashboard.
  • A donation receipt (and 80G tax exemption certificate, if applicable) may be issued to the Donor.

The successful processing and confirmation of the digital donation constitutes the complete delivery of service by Chakradhari Foundation.

3. No Physical Delivery Obligations

  • Chakradhari Foundation bears no responsibility for the delivery of any physical items, rewards, gifts, merchandise, or tangible benefits that may be mentioned, offered, or promised by Campaigners in their Campaign descriptions.
  • Any representation regarding physical goods, rewards, or gifts in a Campaign is the sole responsibility of the Campaigner.
  • Chakradhari Foundation does not endorse, verify, guarantee, or assume liability for the quality, authenticity, delivery timeline, or fulfilment of any such promises.
  • Donors who contribute to Campaigns offering physical rewards do so at their own risk and should communicate directly with the Campaigner regarding fulfilment.

4. Campaigner Responsibilities

If a Campaigner independently offers gifts, rewards, acknowledgments, certificates, or physical items to Donors as part of their Campaign, the Campaigner is solely responsible for:

  • Manufacturing, sourcing, quality control, and delivery of such items.
  • All shipping, logistics, customs, and delivery arrangements.
  • Communication with Donors regarding order status, tracking, and delivery timelines.
  • Compliance with applicable consumer protection laws, tax laws, and any other regulations related to the sale or distribution of goods.

Chakradhari Foundation has no role, liability, obligation, or control over such independent arrangements between Campaigners and Donors.

5. Failed or Delayed Confirmations

In rare cases where:

  • Payment is debited from the Donor’s account but no confirmation is received.
  • The Campaign balance is not updated despite a successful payment deduction.
  • The Donor does not receive a confirmation email or SMS.

The Donor should contact Chakradhari Foundation immediately at foundationchakradhari@gmail.com or call +91-9899144438 with the transaction details. Such issues are handled under our Refunds Policy.

6. International Access

  • The Platform may be accessed from locations outside India.
  • All transactions are processed digitally in Indian Rupees (INR) through IndusInd Bank’s IndusCollect service (powered by Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd) and other Indian Payment Gateways.
  • No cross-border shipping, customs duties, import obligations, or physical delivery obligations arise from using the Platform.
  • International Donors are responsible for complying with the laws of their own jurisdiction regarding cross-border charitable donations.

7. Governing Law

This Shipping & Delivery Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

8. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updates will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
